My Monthly Reads – September 2017

My Monthly Reads – September 2017

September was a good reading month!  I can often be found on Goodreads for recommendations and ideas for future reads.  Both ‘The Hate U Give‘ and ‘The Unlikely Pilgrimage of Harold Fry‘ came from these recommendations and, although both books were enjoyable in their own way, I have to confess to absolutely adoring my Duty-Free buy, ‘The Floating Theatre‘ the most!  It’s set in the US during the North/South conflict around the slave trade and contained many historical facts of interest.

My September reads with the awarded COFFEE CUPS are as follows:

  1. ☕☕☕☕☕    The Floating Theatre by Martha Conway
  2.  ☕☕☕☕        The Hate U Give by Angie Thomas
  3.  ☕☕☕            The Unlikely Pilgrimage of Harold Fry by Rachel Joyce

October started off with a bang and I’m excited to report back on my reads so don’t forget to swing by next month for some great recommendations for the upcoming season!

HAPPY READING!!! ??
