March: MS Awareness Month
March: MS Awareness Month
It’s the month of March-
A topic for discussion:
MS Awareness.
So, I penned a Haiku to launch MS Awareness Month
. Poetry is a wonderful form of expression; there are no rules and no constraints, just the freedom to write and express oneself. The traditional Haiku, a more disciplined form of poetry, contains 17 syllables spread over three lines: 5-7-5.
Writing about Multiple Sclerosis through Haiku is my way of reflecting the boundaries and limitations MS has/is trying to place on my body, my mind and my life. To all of you living with this disease I say: stay strong and stay true – you are not alone!
